1 This quest starts with Trader Lector in the Weapons and Armor Shop. He asks that you bring him 40 wolf pelts.
2 Wolves are mixed in with the keltirs just outside the village. When you have 40, which should drop every time, go back to Lector
3 Lector rewards you with a Leather Shirt. If you do this more than once you'll get Leather Pants, then Short Leather Gloves or a Cotton Shirt or a Tunic.
