1 This quest starts in the Light Elven Village, with Rizraell, she's at the center of town. She asks you to kill Lireins and bring back their Wind Shards
2 There are Lireins and Lirein Elders around the road down to the river. They cast the debuff: slow and spam cast windstrike so you better have good jewelry.
3 Return to Rizraell at any time to turn in the items. You get 40 adena per Wind Shard plus a bonus of 2988 adena if you bring in 10 or more.
