1 This quest starts in the Light Elf Village with Alshupes who is outside of the Temple of Eva. He asks you to bring back 8 spider legs.
This quest has not had the rewards boosted in CT2 Gracia but it's a quest the Newbie Guide rewards you for doing.
2 There are three types of spiders and they all look the same, Crimson Spiders, Hook Spiders, Pincer Spiders. Unfortunately you can't take 8 legs off one so you'll need to kill several. Be wary of the Lieren Elders in the area, since even with full jewelry on they'll nuke you to death in about 2 seconds flat at level 15. When you have 8 go back to Alshupes.
3 Alshupes will reward you with 1,000 adena and 2,000 exp.
