This quest is the third in a chain of five total in and around Rune and the Forest of the Dead. These quests are:
- Hidden Truth
- Tragedy in von Hellmann Forest
- Lidia's Heart
- Inhabitants of the Forest of the Dead
- Hiding Behind the Truth
There's a ridiculous amount of dialog in these quests, and although interesting, I'm just going to cover what you need to do to get around.
Some of the questions require specific answers so those will be marked with a yellow square, the others that don't matter you can pick whatever you want, though the dialog may change a bit but doesn't effect the overall steps.
The exp rewards for all these quest have increased a great deal in the GoD Harmony update.
In the town of Rune go to the Mystic Guild and talk to High Priest Innocentin.
He gives you a map, which will be useful later, and a key.
You will need to find the Broken Bookcase the Ghost led you to in the 1st quest. Pick up the hairpin and the book.
Then if you feel like it, you can read Lidia's Diary. You don't have to though.
Innocentin and tell him you read the diary, that it was Lidia's Diary, Yes it does, that she signed some sort of contract, and that Lidia approached Nidrah and it's the Lord of the Forest of the Dead.Back at Rune talk to
If you choose wrong this is what happens but you can just do it again.
Then go to the Tombstone on the map and talk to it and another ghost appears.
The Ghost of von Hellmann has you dig under the Tombstone.
Violet is a raid boss fighter instead of a Trader.This is where the quest can get slow. You have to go to the Cursed Village but only during AM game time, during daylight hours. Otherwise
She sends you to find a box just a bit north of the village. Open it with the key.
Violet, again during daytime hours and receive 7 200 600 exp and 7 023 780 sp.Then go back to
