Path to Becoming a Lord - Giran
|Start Location:||Giran Castle||Repeatable:||-|
|Start NPC:||Chamberlain Saul||Updated to:||Chaotic Throne 2 - Epilogue|
|Requirements:||Clan lvl 4|
The clan leader needs to be online, not necessarily in party with all the people doing different parts but if he is not online the next part will not trigger. Becoming a territory lord is needed to make your clan lvl 11. The quest needs to be completed no later than 2 hours before the Territory War. The territory lord's clan emblem is automatically registered to all NPC's residing within their territory and 10% increase in seed sales and crop purchases will be added. The castle should have either no relation or contract status with all player owned fortresses in the territory (excluding a border fortress). If a fortress has claimed its independence within the territory, then the castle lord cannot be proclaimed as lord of the territory.
Start out by visiting Chamberlain Saul in the Throne room of Giran Castle. He tells you that you need to be approved by the local authorities and the most influential person in Giran area is Warehouse Chief Gesto. So go speak to him.
Gesto tells you about a missing ship and he will support you if you help him find out what happened. Go talk to Wharf Manager Felton at Giran Harbour.
Felton asks you to search the Devil's Isle reef as the ship might have run to it. You should find a freight box and send someone to take it to Gesto.
Your messenger meets with Gesto and he confirms the freight is his but needs more investigation so inspect the box for evidence. You find proof that it has been stolen by the pirates so you need to kill mobs on Devil's Isle and bring back 300 freight boxes.
When you return the boxes to Gesto he will approve your request and give his trust. Go back to Saul and complete the quest.
