This quest is part of a chain in Dion, Giran and Heine, which give you some good experience awards in your 30s. These quests are:
- Temple Executor and Temple Missionary
- Temple Champion I
- Temple Champion II
- Shadow Fox I
- Shadow Fox II
- Shadow Fox III
- Fallen Angel - Request of Dawn or Fallen Angel - Request of Dusk
1 Temple Executor starts at Dion in the Einhasad Temple with Priest Shegfield. He sends you to Floran Village to see Captain Alex.
2 Alex is near the SE exit of Floran. He tells you to hunt Delu Lizardman Suppliers, Special Agents, Commanders, Shaman, and Cursed Seers.
3 All these mobs can be found in the immediate area around Floran Village so you don't have to go far. They are mostly green to a level 40. You will get all of one item before you get the 2nd and 3rd items. The drop rate is fairly good, around 1/2 I'd say.
4 When you have all the items return to Warehouse Keeper Sonin who is near the center of town in Floran.
Then talk to Grocer Pano who is across from Sonin.
Finally go back to Alex and receive Alex's Credentials.
5 With all three letters of recommendation return to Dion and talk to Priest Shegfield again. Asking the Einhasad Priest to exempt the villagers of Floran from the so-called tithe (one tenth of the harvest given as "donation") will be of no avail.
Shegfield will then give you a very abridged account of how the Einhasad religion came into existence, making it appear that the Humans were destined to rule the world after Elves and Orcs had almost destroyed each other in a terrible war. The "angel with three [pairs of] wings" is Anakim, the ninth child and youngest daughter of Einhasad.
Finally he will reward you with a Temple Executor Badge, 16,924 adena, 30,000 XP, and 2,000 SP. If you are too high of a level you only get the adena.
As Shegfield says, if you want to further prove your loyalty to Einhasad resp. the Einhasad Church, talk to Priestess Glyvka to the right of him and pick up the Temple Missionary quest.
